ok, once you go to the store:
 1.Download Playstation Network Downloader (on the bottom right of the main area)
2.Pick anything you want to download (you have to make sure PSP is connected in USB Mode, before download)
3.Once downloading something (when your psp is connected, it will detect the psp) you will get a message (that pops up and says activation complete)
4.That's all and i hoped that helped you and have fun
